About Me. My name is Dan Collins, Founder of Franchisee 1st Advisors. For more than 40 years, I've worked in franchising, helping executives, investors, and entrepreneurs make intelligent franchise investment decisions. Today, I educate corporate executives who want to transition from corporate America into business ownership through franchising. My content is educational, data-driven, engaging, and built around one goal: Helping people make life-changing business decisions while creating content people actually want to watch. I've already had success creating AI avatar videos that generate significant engagement.

The Vision. My goal is ambitious. I want to build the leading educational media brand in franchising. Not through gimmicks or clickbait. Through outstanding storytelling, exceptional production quality, and content people genuinely trust. Success means: Millions of monthly views, Rapid subscriber growth, High audience retention, Strong engagement, Qualified franchise leads, Becoming the trusted authority in my niche.

Who I'm Looking For. I'm looking for someone who wants to become a true creative partner. Someone who thinks beyond editing. Someone who enjoys strategy as much as production.

Your Responsibilities. Initially, you'll help manage nearly every aspect of content production, including: Brainstorming content ideas, Researching supporting facts and statistics, Writing scripts in my voice, Improving hooks and storytelling, Creating ultra-realistic AI avatar videos, Professional editing, Motion graphics, Captions, B-roll, Sound design, Music, Thumbnail creation, Titles and descriptions, YouTube SEO, Platform optimization, Uploading and scheduling content, Reviewing analytics, Recommending weekly improvements.

Monthly Production Goals. Approximately: 20-25 Shorts (45-60 seconds), 5-10 long-form YouTube videos. Each piece of content should also be optimized for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.

Skills & Experience: AI avatar platforms (HeyGen, Higgsfield, etc.), ElevenLabs, Descript, Thumbnail design, Storytelling, Script writing, Audience retention, Viral content strategy, YouTube monetization & optimization, Fluent English.
