**Podcast Booker — Doctor-Led Women's Health Startup **
I'm a medical doctor and the founder of Lenari, an app for women newly diagnosed with osteoporosis. I'm looking for a podcast booker. But first, here's why this matters, because I want someone who cares about it as much as I do. The mission When a woman is diagnosed with osteoporosis, she's usually handed a prescription and sent home with almost nothing else. No guidance, no plan, no one to answer the questions that keep her up that night. They end up afraid and under treated. They're women the system simply missed: rushed appointments, no follow-up, left to figure out their own bones alone. I understand this from both sides. I'm a doctor and I was diagnosed with osteoporosis myself. I know the condition clinically, and I know what it's like to get that diagnosis and have to find your own way forward. That's why I built Lenari: to put clear, doctor-led support in the hands of the women who carry the heaviest burden of this disease and get the least help with it. This role is part of how we reach them. Every podcast you book puts our story in front of women who've been quietly going it alone, and tells them help exists. If that resonates with you - if you like the idea of using your outreach skills for something that genuinely helps people - you're who I'm looking for. The role Get me booked as a guest on podcasts whose listeners are women aged 55+ — the women Lenari is built for. Research and build a vetted list of well-matched shows: bone health, menopause and post-menopause, healthy ageing, midlife women's wellness, and adjacent niches across Australia, the UK, US, and Canada For each show, capture audience size, host name, format, and best contact method Write and send personalised, warm pitches positioning me as an expert guest — a doctor who was diagnosed with osteoporosis himself, so he understands it from both sides of the consult, clinically and personally Manage replies, follow-ups, and scheduling, and keep a clean tracker The hook to lead with Osteoporosis is seen as an older woman's disease, so a male doctor who has it himself, and has turned that into a mission to support women, is exactly the kind of counterintuitive guest hosts say yes to. Lead with that contrast: clinical authority plus genuine lived experience. It's what makes me bookable. How we work: fit first, volume follows Start with genuinely well-matched shows. Then pitch as many of those as you can — every one personalised, every host treated graciously. The fit always comes first, and the volume follows — never the other way around. How you treat hosts matters as much to me as how many you book: Every pitch personalised to that specific show — no copy-paste blasts Maximum two follow-ups per host, spaced politely No pressure tactics, ever; always gracious on a "no" Hosts in this niche know each other — protect the relationship, never burn it Not every show is a fit — some hosts will want a woman's first-person voice, and that's fine. Don't force those; just move on graciously. The target I'm looking for roughly one confirmed booking per week on average — at least 12 well-matched placements over the 3-month trial. A "confirmed booking" means a recording date locked into the calendar, not just an interested reply. That number is the line between "this is working" and "it's not." Consistently below it, with no clear pipeline behind it, and the trial won't continue. Above it, you're rewarded with a bonus. There's no cap — bring me as many good-fit placements as you can. Every placement still has to clear the quality bar to count. A booking from a pushy pitch to a bad-fit show doesn't qualify. More is always better — but never at the expense of fit or how a host is treated. Scope 3-month trial, hourly, starting at 8–10 hours/week Weekly tracker required, with these columns: show pitched, one-line "why it fits," replied, booked, declined — so progress is visible at a glance Early checkpoint: I'll review your target list and first few pitches before you send at volume, so we're aligned on fit from the start Requirements Fluent, natural written English with a warm, professional tone Proven podcast guest-booking or PR outreach experience — please show examples and results Comfortable researching niche shows and tracking outreach in a spreadsheet Self-directed and organised To apply Tell me what about this mission resonates with you Your experience with podcast booking Paste a short sample pitch you'd actually send to a host I read for warmth, fit, and people who care about the work - not just hustle.

We run a done-for-you video-clipping service called ClipHound, and we're paying to interview the people who work with podcasters and creators - to understand how you actually work. If you work with podcasters, YouTubers, coaches or other long-form creators - whether as an editor, producer, manager, VA or agency - we'd love to pay you for around 30 minutes of your time, to learn how you work with creators and where short-form clips fit in. You can see what we do at getcliphound.com. There's nothing to prepare and no catch - we pay your rate for a 30-minute chat, and your honest take is exactly what we're after. We're building our service around how the people who actually work with creators operate, and the fastest way to do that is to talk to you directly. To apply, just answer the questions below and tell us a little about the creators you work with. Looking forward to hearing from you!
