AI Workflow Audit & Slack Automation Setup (Python / n8n)
We're looking for an AI Integration Engineer to help us automate a small internal workflow. This is a short project (approximately 4-6 hours) to review one of our existing business processes and implement a simple automation using Python, n8n, or a similar tool. If the collaboration goes well, we'll have additional automation projects in the coming months. Our team currently performs several repetitive operational tasks manually — we'd like someone to review our current workflow, recommend the simplest automation approach, build one small automation, connect Slack notifications, and document the workflow. The automation may involve REST APIs, webhooks, Google Sheets, or internal tools.

GoHighLevel Expert Needed — Workflow API Limitation Workaround
We are looking for a true GoHighLevel expert who understands GHL workflows, API limitations, webhooks, automations, and workflow tracking. Our main problem: GoHighLevel does not appear to expose the full internal workflow builder through the API — we can see outcomes like messages sent, appointments, tags, tasks, and stage changes, but we cannot clearly read the full workflow structure or track every contact's movement through each workflow step. We need someone who has a proven workaround for this, to help us create a system where we can clearly understand and monitor what workflows exist, what triggers each one, and what steps/actions are inside each workflow.

Make.com automation adjustment (shopify to google sheet inventory)
We have a make.com automation setup to: 1) take our shopify stock data, 2) lay this out in a google sheet to visually represent the stock levels. We have expanded our sizes (smaller and larger) and added new inventory that needs to be added to this sheet. This is updated weekly on a make schedule.

Rethink and Optimise Email Upsell Flow for Warm Leads - Contract to Hire
Looking for an expert in lead nurturing and conversion. Our eCommerce site in the home space offers free samples to customers. Once samples are delivered, we have a basic 4 part email series that attempts conversion with a discount code. Conversion rates are quite good already at 8-10% and revenue per send is about $6. This automation is completely unoptimised and has no personalization based on the types of samples the customer purchased or contextual content — it purely looks to convert via discount. I am looking for a marketing automation expert who can strategize the category, design automated tagging (Shopify) and build personalized flows to lift conversion and revenue per send. I believe $12-18 per send is achievable.
