AI Voice Agent Developer | Vapi + n8n + Claude Inbound & Outbound Call Automation with Retell AI

We're losing leads because inbound calls go unanswered and outbound follow-ups happen too slowly. We're looking for an experienced AI Voice Agent Developer to build a reliable, natural-sounding voice assistant that handles calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and keeps our CRM updated automatically, without sounding robotic. The backend automation will run through n8n and Make.com, with Claude powering conversation logic and call summarization. Before the full engagement begins, all applicants will complete a small paid test project ($10 fixed price) so we can evaluate real working style and technical fit — strong performance leads directly into the full role.
