We are hiring 2 to 3 Community Managers to help grow and manage an AI & Automation business community for entrepreneurs inside Skool.

.

This is not a basic moderator role.

We are looking for people who understand:

community engagement

retention

gamification

AI tools

entrepreneur audiences

and how to turn a community into an active ecosystem instead of a silent group.

Our community teaches business owners how to use AI, AI automations, systems, and tools to grow and scale their businesses while creating more freedom and efficiency through automation.

We Are Hiring For Multiple Roles

Position 1: Senior Community Growth & Strategy Manager

This role is for someone EXPERIENCED with growing online communities... especially Skool communities.

You MUST understand:

Skool games & gamification

engagement strategy

retention strategy

community psychology

how to increase participation

how to get members to attend live calls consistently

how to keep communities active daily

Responsibilities

Create engagement strategies

Help increase participation & call attendance

Post prompts, challenges, discussion starters, and AI-related activities

Manage community momentum

Help optimize Skool games and leaderboard participation

Encourage member interaction

Help create systems for onboarding and retention

Track what content performs best

Help identify why members disengage

Support community growth initiatives

Keep the energy inside the community active and engaging

Bonus If You:

Have grown Skool communities before

Have helped communities win Skool games

Understand AI tools and automation

Have experience with business coaching or entrepreneur communities

Understand ManyChat, ChatGPT, Claude, GoHighLevel, or automation ecosystems

Position 2: Community Engagement Assistant

This role is for someone highly organized and responsive who can help manage the day-to-day engagement inside the community.

Responsibilities

Reply to comments and DMs

Welcome new members

Keep conversations active

Encourage participation

Follow up with inactive members

Help keep engagement flowing

Post community updates and reminders

Support live call reminders and engagement

Ideal Candidate

Friendly but professional

Great communication skills

Consistent and dependable

Comfortable with AI tools

Understands online communities and engagement
