Creator Outreach Virtual Assistant — Pokémon/TCG App (Instagram, TikTok, Email)
Scanémon is a fast-growing trading card scanner app for Pokémon/TCG collectors — instant card recognition, live market pricing, collection value tracking, and graded (PSA/BGS/CGC) pricing. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to run our creator outreach pipeline end to end. You'll source relevant creators, send approved outreach across Instagram, TikTok, and email, follow up, keep everything organized in Notion, and hand off warm, interested creators to the founder for the collab conversation. You own cold outbound and pipeline management so the founder only steps into warm deals.
