Customer Service & Operations Coordinator (French)
- Workload: Up to 20 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible but ideally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Paris time)

- About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Service & Operations Coordinator for a growing health supplements brand. This role combines customer support, order management, operational coordination, and light marketing/creative management responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working across multiple areas of the business.
- Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
. Fluent written and spoken French . Previous customer service experience . Experience using Shopify . Excellent organizational and communication skills . Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Nice to Have
. Experience working for a supplements, health, or wellness brand . Experience with social media posting and content scheduling . Experience creating creative briefs and coordinating external freelancers . Experience with creative production for web assets, print materials, or video content (animation) . Good eye for design and visual communication
- Responsibilities
. Customer Support Respond to customer inquiries in French (email and phone) Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently Use translation tools to assist customers in other languages when needed
. Order & Operations Management Process and manage orders in Shopify Serve as the main point of contact with our third-party fulfillment partner Monitor and manage a small inventory Assist with operational problem-solving and order-related issues
. Documentation & Process Improvement Update and maintain company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as required Help improve internal processes and documentation
. Creative Project Coordination (depending on experience) Create clear video animation briefs for external creatives Coordinate projects with voice-over artists and motion designers Follow up on project timelines and deliverables
. Social Media (depending on experience) Publish approved content on social media platforms Ensure posts are scheduled and published according to the content calendar
