## Job Title AI UGC Ad Creator Needed for Hyper-Realistic Direct Response Video Ads ## Overview We are looking for an experienced AI ad creator who can produce hyper-realistic UGC-style video ads for paid social campaigns. The goal is to create videos that look and feel like real people filming natural selfie-style content, not polished AI commercials. You will be responsible for taking scripts, prompts, reference images, and creative direction, then turning them into high-quality AI-generated UGC video ads that are ready to test on Meta, TikTok, and other paid ad platforms. We need someone who can create realistic AI UGC videos using tools like Arcads, HeyGen, Creatify, Synthesia, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, or similar AI creative tools. The videos should feel natural, believable, and human — not overly polished, robotic, generic, or obviously AI-looking. Scope of Work: multiple UGC-style ad creatives each week, including hyper-realistic AI spokesperson videos, selfie-style UGC ads, natural talking-head videos using AI avatars, hook variations for ad testing, script-to-video production, prompt writing and optimization, basic video editing/captions/pacing, 9:16 vertical ad versions for Meta/TikTok/Reels.
