Illustrator needed for custom editorial magazine illustration based on visual reference

We are Greenville, a premium brand for wooden homes, architecture and lifestyle. For one of our upcoming magazine articles, we are looking for a talented illustrator to create a custom editorial illustration. We already have an AI-generated reference image that shows the general direction, mood and composition we like. The final artwork, however, must be fully custom, original and professionally illustrated — not just a modified AI image. The illustration should feel warm, premium, architectural and editorial.
