Long-Term Video Editor (Premiere + AE) | YouTube & Reels | Consistent Work

Hey ! I'm looking for a skilled video editor to join my team and work on a variety of projects, ranging from fast-paced Reels to complex YouTube videos.

Who you will be working with:

I am a professional video editor myself, so we speak the exact same language. I completely understand the pain of messy source files, heavy renders, and tight deadlines. You will never get vague feedback like "make it pop" or "play with the fonts" from me. My revisions are always constructive, on-point, and technical. If you ever get stuck, I'm always happy to guide you

What you will be doing:

The tasks will be diverse, so you definitely won't get bored:

Short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikTok): Everything from basic talking-head cuts to complex, high-energy edits in 9:16 with advanced captions and motion graphics.

Long-form (YouTube): Editing longer videos, including documentary-style content. This involves working with stock media, smooth B-roll integration, solid sound design, and maintaining high viewer retention.

What I expect from you:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (AE is an absolute must for this role).

A great sense of rhythm and pacing, plus a good eye for current YouTube and social media trends.

Responsibility, clear communication, and strict adherence to deadlines.

Rates & Conditions:

Payment is per project. We start at $20 for a basic, straightforward Reel.

Complex Reels and long-form YouTube videos are priced individually, depending on the runtime and how heavy the motion graphics/effects are.

There is a steady volume of work. With good speed and high-quality output, you can comfortably reach $1,500–$2,000 per month.
