Podcast editing

I'm looking for a reliable podcast and video editor to provide ongoing support for the Smart Performance Coaching podcast, a UK-based endurance sport and coaching brand.

We currently produce two podcast episodes per month. Each finished episode is approximately one hour long.

The podcasts are filmed using:

Three separate cameras for different angles High-quality microphones One separate master audio file

The editor will need to synchronise the three camera files with the master audio and create a professional multicamera edit.

The role will include:

Editing two full podcast episodes each month Synchronising three camera angles with the master audio Switching naturally between camera angles throughout the conversation Cleaning, balancing and improving the audio Removing mistakes, unnecessary pauses and repeated sections Adding SPC-branded intros, outros, titles and on-screen graphics Adding subtitles or captions where appropriate Creating an engaging YouTube thumbnail for each episode Producing multiple vertical Shorts, Reels and clips from every episode Identifying the strongest moments and creating suitable hooks Formatting clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok Writing episode titles, descriptions, timestamps and basic show notes Uploading or scheduling content across YouTube and other agreed podcast and social media platforms Maintaining consistent SPC branding across all episodes and clips

The final edit should feel professional, natural and engaging without becoming overly dramatic or overproduced. You must be able to understand natural British English and identify valuable moments from conversations about endurance sport, coaching, athlete development and personal challenges.

I would initially offer a paid test episode, followed by an ongoing monthly arrangement if the quality, communication and turnaround are suitable.
