Content Posting & Moderation: * Create a posting strategy for engagement of new accounts on content topics. * Create pre-scheduled content

Eyes & Ears Role: Monitor trends, feedback, and happenings in the AI and real estate spaces, reporting back key insights to help us stay ahead.

Ethical Approach: Always act as a "good actor" – genuine, helpful, and community-focused. No shortcuts or shady tactics.

* Commit to 1-2 hours per day per brand (total 4-8 hours/day across 4 accounts). * Flexible schedule, but consistency is key.
