Senior AI Automation Engineer wanted, long-term (n8n, LLMs, real engineering depth) - Contract to Hire

We're a UK marketing agency working only with finance firms (accountants, bookkeepers, IFAs, brokers). We build AI systems that save these firms time on internal processes, plus internal automation for ourselves. We already build in n8n and Claude Code, so we know the basics — we're not looking for someone who can only wire up a no-code workflow, we're looking for genuine expertise. You'll help with building reliable automation systems we sell to finance clients, internal marketing and ops automation, and advising on feasibility (what's realistic, what isn't, where it'll break, and how to design around it). You must have several years building LLM-based systems that actually ran in production, and the judgment to push back when something won't work.
