Responsibilities Upload and schedule videos with proper formatting

Write SEO‑optimized titles, descriptions, and tags

Create or guide thumbnail concepts

Organize playlists and maintain channel structure

Analyze performance metrics (CTR, retention, watch time, traffic sources)

Provide recommendations based on YouTube Analytics

Work independently and maintain consistent workflow

Requirements Experience managing or growing YouTube channels
