Full-Time AI Video Editor (Meta Ads)

We're an 8-figure DTC (direct-to-consumer) brand building products that genuinely improve women's daily comfort and quality of life.

We are looking for a highly skilled, fast-moving AI Video Editor to join our team full time and help us scale winning ads across Meta and beyond.

We're looking for someone who understands direct response advertising, knows how to hook attention in the first 2–3 seconds, and can turn scripts and raw footage into ads that make people feel something.

The Role

As our Video Editor, you'll be responsible for producing and iterating high-converting short-form ads using AI.

You'll work closely with our strategists and script writers, but you're expected to think creatively yourself — bringing ideas, improving concepts, and helping shape how our ads evolve over time.

What You'll Do

- Edit high-performing short-form AI ads for Meta - Use AI tools such as ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Weave, HeyGen etc. to produce high quality AI concepts - Craft strong visual hooks, pacing, and emotional flow - Collaborate closely with strategists to bring scripts and concepts to life - Contribute your own creative ideas - Study what's working in performance data and help iterate ads accordingly - Stay on top of trends, formats, and editing styles relevant to direct response - Help ensure consistent creative output across campaigns, avatars, and products

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience editing short-form ads for DTC / ecommerce brands - Strong understanding of direct response advertising (hooks, retention, emotional triggers, CTAs) - Portfolio that demonstrates performance-driven work, not just pretty edits - Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, and mobile-first design - Comfortable working fast without sacrificing quality - Creative thinker who can contribute ideas, not just execute instructions - Open to feedback, iteration, and continuous improvement - Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving team environment - Experience with AI workflows (or willingness to master them quickly)

$3,500/month (with room to grow based on impact and performance)
