GoodUnited is building the future of nonprofit fundraising through AI and social direct messaging. We've helped nonprofits raise more than $1 billion and are building the category leader in AI-powered fundraising.

We're looking for an exceptional YouTube Content Producer to work directly with our CEO and build our executive content engine.

This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with our company, take ownership of our content operation, and transition into a full-time role if there's a strong mutual fit.

We are a U.S.-based software company with an office in Medellín, Colombia, and team members throughout Latin America. While we're open to exceptional candidates worldwide, we're especially interested in professionals located in Latin America who have excellent written and spoken English and enjoy working closely with U.S.-based leadership.

This is not a traditional video editing role.

We're looking for someone who thinks like a producer, strategist, designer, marketer, and storyteller. Someone who can take an idea and turn it into a complete content campaign that builds our brand, educates our market, and generates inbound pipeline.

If your experience is primarily editing videos after someone else tells you what to do, this probably isn't the right role.

Your Mission

Build the leading YouTube channel in nonprofit fundraising, AI, leadership, and growth.

Turn one recorded conversation into dozens of high-quality marketing, sales, and educational assets that establish our CEO as an industry thought leader while driving awareness, credibility, and inbound revenue.
