Google Ads Specialist Who Cares About Booked Revenue, Not Just CTR
We run a boutique marketing agency serving local service businesses (plumbing, RV repair, home services). We need a Google Ads specialist who can manage and optimize PPC accounts for our clients, but with one requirement: you have to think past the dashboard.
If you're excited about impressions, CTR, and Quality Score before you've asked what a good lead is worth to the client, this isn't the right fit.
What we actually need:
- Someone who understands call tracking and conversion attribution, not just platform metrics
- Someone who will tell us when to pull back spend, not just when to scale it
- Someone who's managed accounts for local service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, contractors, home services) and understands lead quality vs lead volume
- Bonus: experience with What Converts. We use it for call tracking across all client accounts, so if you already know the platform, that's a big plus.
What this is NOT:
- Set-it-and-forget-it campaign management
- Generic ecommerce or SaaS PPC experience with no local services background
- Someone who needs a script for every decision
