I run a lead generation + lead magnet business and two SaaS products. I'm looking for one person to take over creating lead magnets and the text-based content that distributes them. This is not a "post when you feel like it" gig. I want someone who can own the engine.

What you'd actually do: - Build lead magnets (guides, playbooks, swipe files, tools) that people trade their email for - Write and ship text + image content for LinkedIn, X, and other social platforms - Watch what's trending and move fast - if there's a wave, you're already on it before I ask

Who I'm looking for: - AI-native. You don't "use ChatGPT sometimes." You build with AI. It's how you think and how you move 10x faster than people who don't. - Grit. You finish. You ship daily. You don't disappear when something gets hard or boring. - Fearless. You're not precious about your ideas and you're not scared to jump on a trend, ride a bandwagon, or look try-hard. The people who win at content are the ones who aren't afraid to. - Self-directed. I give you the goal, not the steps. You figure out the rest and tell me what you did.

Nice to have (but I can teach this): a track record of viral or high-performing text-based content on X, LinkedIn, or anywhere else. If you've made something blow up, show me. But honestly, the AI skill matters more - the content craft I can teach.

The deal: This starts as a $2,500 trial. Prove you can run the engine and the pay goes up from there - this is built to become a real, ongoing role for the right person. I'm hiring one person and I'm willing to pay well for someone who actually delivers.
