Part-Time Cold Outreach Specialist / SDR – Phone Sales (Remote)

MasseurMatch is hiring a part-time Cold Outreach Specialist / SDR to call cold leads, introduce MasseurMatch, explain our 7-day trial, and convert qualified prospects into trial users. The goal is not just dialing - it's getting qualified leads to accept and START the 7-day trial.

Schedule: 4 hours/day, Monday to Friday. Remote. Candidates from the Philippines and Latin America are welcome.

Compensation: Base pay + performance bonus (bonus per qualified trial accepted, higher bonus when a trial converts to paid, plus extra for beating weekly targets). Final pay depends on experience and performance.

What you'll do:

- Make outbound calls to company-provided cold leads

- Explain MasseurMatch clearly and professionally and offer the 7-day trial

- Answer basic questions and handle objections

- Follow up with interested leads by phone, text, or email (when approved)

- Log every call, result, note, and follow-up in the CRM

- Report daily: calls made, conversations, interested leads, trials accepted, best call times

Performance goals (after ramp-up):

- 60-80 calls per 4-hour shift (15-20/hour)

- 5-12 real conversations per day

- 1-3 accepted trials per day / 7-15 per week

- 100% of calls and notes logged in the CRM

Ramp-up: Week 1 learn the offer/script/CRM (40-50 calls/day); Week 2 (50-60 calls/day, 3-7 trials/week); Week 3+ full targets.

Ideal candidate:

- Experience with outbound calls, SDR, appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, or lead qualification

- Speaks clearly and professionally, with strong diction and a confident phone voice

- Comfortable calling cold leads and handling rejection without losing energy

- Can follow a script but still sound natural

- Organized and consistent with CRM updates; reliable, punctual, goal-oriented

Preferred: experience selling free trials, subscriptions, marketplaces, wellness services, or local service platforms; experience using CRM tools.

Compliance: call only approved leads, respect do-not-call requests, no misleading claims, use only approved scripts and follow-up methods.
