GoHighLevel Expert Needed — Workflow API Limitation Workaround

We are looking for a true GoHighLevel expert who understands GHL workflows, API limitations, webhooks, automations, and workflow tracking. Our main problem: GoHighLevel does not appear to expose the full internal workflow builder through the API — we can see outcomes like messages sent, appointments, tags, tasks, and stage changes, but we cannot clearly read the full workflow structure or track every contact's movement through each workflow step. We need someone who has a proven workaround for this, to help us create a system where we can clearly understand and monitor what workflows exist, what triggers each one, and what steps/actions are inside each workflow.
