Rethink and Optimise Email Upsell Flow for Warm Leads - Contract to Hire
Looking for an expert in lead nurturing and conversion. Our eCommerce site in the home space offers free samples to customers. Once samples are delivered, we have a basic 4 part email series that attempts conversion with a discount code. Conversion rates are quite good already at 8-10% and revenue per send is about $6. This automation is completely unoptimised and has no personalization based on the types of samples the customer purchased or contextual content — it purely looks to convert via discount. I am looking for a marketing automation expert who can strategize the category, design automated tagging (Shopify) and build personalized flows to lift conversion and revenue per send. I believe $12-18 per send is achievable.
