Process Optimization & Automation Expert - Contract to Hire
What you'll work on: automation workflows in Make.com (order management, cancellations, carrier/logistics integrations, reporting); Shopify store management across markets (products, collections, order data, GraphQL); internal tooling and process documentation; warehouse/logistics operations optimization; data management. Systems/experience needed: Claude.ai, Make.com, Shopify (Admin/GraphQL), Monday.com, Google Workspace. E-commerce/D2C background is a plus. Using AI is a big part of daily work, and the team you'll join leads AI development and usage within the company — you'll need to be very familiar with using AI and building software fast with it.
